1. General Policy

✔ All purchases on Ornelle are Prepaid Only.
 We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) at this time.
✔ By placing an order, you confirm that you accept these Terms & Conditions.


2. Order Processing & Payment

✔ Orders are processed only after full payment is received.
✔ Order confirmation, tracking links, and shipping updates are sent via SMS and/or email.
✔ Ornelle reserves the right to cancel or delay any order due to unforeseen issues. In such cases, you will be informed and fully refunded (if applicable).


3. Shipping & Delivery

✔ Customers can expect doorstep delivery within 7–8 business days (excluding public holidays).
✔ In rare cases, delivery may take up to 10 business days.
✔ We personally track every order until it reaches your doorstep.

✔ Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly to avoid delays or failed deliveries.


4. Product Details & Availability

✔ While we strive for accuracy in product photos, slight variations in color or size may occur due to lighting or screen settings.
✔ All products are subject to availability and are listed on a first-come, first-served basis.


5. Return, Refund & Replacement Policy

✅ Replacements Only (No Refunds)

✔ We do not offer refunds under any circumstance.
✔ Replacements will only be provided if:
 - You received a damaged product upon delivery, or
 - You received a wrong product different from what you ordered

✅ Mandatory Unboxing Video

✔ To qualify for a replacement, you must:
 - Record a clear unboxing video while opening the sealed package
 - Ensure the video begins before unsealing and clearly shows the issue
 - Note: Videos of already opened parcels will not be accepted

✅ Replacement Process & Timeline

✔ If your replacement request is approved, you will be required to send the product to our address using any courier or postal service of your choice.
✔ The returned item must reach us within 5–7 working days of approval.
✔ Once we receive your return, your approved replacement will be delivered to you within 7–8 working days.


6. Warranty & Product Quality

✔ All Ornelle jewelry is crafted using skin-safe materials, carefully chosen for comfort and elegance.
✔ While many of our pieces are made with anti-tarnish finishes, the actual lifespan depends on individual care, storage habits, and environmental factors such as exposure to moisture or chemicals.


7. Intellectual Property

✔ All designs, content, product names, and logos featured on Ornelle are intellectual property of Ornelle.
✔ Reuse, replication, or reproduction without written permission is strictly prohibited.


8. Privacy Policy

✔ Your personal information is collected solely for the purpose of processing, fulfilling, and delivering your orders.
✔ We do not sell or misuse your data, and only share it with trusted payment and logistics partners.


9. Limitation of Liability

✔ Ornelle is not liable for any delivery delays, loss, or damage caused by third-party courier services.
✔ Our total liability is limited to the purchase value of the product.

✔ Ornelle may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
✔ Continued use of our website implies that you agree to the updated terms.


11. Governing Law

✔ These terms are governed by the laws of India.
✔ All legal disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of Chhattisgarh, India.
